Privacy policy

Dubbo Skip Bins (dubboskipbins.com) is a referral and quote service run by Raf Web Studio. We don't do the work ourselves. We pass your enquiry to one local skip bin operator so they can quote for your job. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- The details you enter in the quote form: name, phone number, email address (if you give it), suburb, skip size, waste type, preferred date and your message.
- Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and device type, which may be collected through Google Analytics using cookies.
How we use it
We use your details only to arrange your quote. We share them with one local skip bin operator who services your area, so they can contact you about price, timing and booking. That business handles your job and is responsible for how it uses your details from then on. We also keep a record of enquiries so we can report how many enquiries the site generates.
We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Storage and security
Form submissions are processed by our form provider, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and delivered by email. We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep enquiries for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data as described in Google's privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to request a quote.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at raf@rafwebstudio.com.au. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
